1. Everyone check in with the one item they are planning on bringing? Cassie will be keeping track of this list until the event actually takes off

Promotional Products

1. See presentation for examples that I have made

2. Go to Custom Ink, PowerPoint, or Totally Promotional’s website to look at ideas and create designs. If you come up with something you like bring the proof to the next meeting. Here we will decide on ONE promotional product to purchase for our tables. The cost of that item will depend on whether or not we sell or give them away. This is all up for debate so ask questions and bring ideas!

Runkle Woods Symposium

1. Nov 22, 1:00 PM – 05:00 PM

2. 101 Fawcett Hall, Wright State University, Fawcett Hall

3. Come support the woods committee by helping them preserve our amazing Wright State Forest.

4. We are looking into getting a table for this event, would anyone be interested in this idea? campus forest!

Matt Presentation

1. Matt would like to come in and give a small presentation on Bernie Sanders and his position of Climate Change. He has also mentioned maybe including us in a rally or demonstration if people are interested -- Thoughts?

Activism Scholarship

1. Professor Jennings sent out an email about an activism scholarship encouraging us to share it and make it public! Please give me more information about this! But let's share it up!

Recruitment

1. We got around 5 new followers with the Instagram giveaway campaign! Thanks to everyone who participated!
